| PURPOSE | CigarPool incurs certain expenses in its operation (web hosting, domain name registration, etc.). Rather than make CigarPool cost money to join, (and so members can have some fun in the process =) the CigarPool raffle has been developed to help cover these expenses. |
| RULES |
The CigarPool raffle will be announced
periodically with prizes and the start date to be set by the
CigarPool administrator
Tickets are $1 each with no limit on
how many may be purchased as long as open numbers remain. For each 5 tickets
purchased, you get 1 free
Each person purchasing tickets will be
assigned a number starting at 100 (CigarPool members may choose
any open number(s) from 000-999)
On the start date, the AZ daily Pick 3
lottery game will be used to determine winners
If there is no winner determined on the
start date, each following day's AZ daily Pick 3 lottery numbers
will be used until all winners are determined
Prizes will be awarded in reverse order
(i.e. if there are 2 prizes, the second place prize will be awarded
with the first matching number, then the first place prize)
Ticket purchases can be made by sending
funds to the CigarPool administrator
(mailing address at the bottom of the CigarPool homepage). Payment can be in the
form of check, cashier's check or money order. You can also purchase tickets using
PayPal
(which also benefits CigarPool if you are new to PayPal and use this link to sign up).
