| CigarPool is a simple cigar exchange for up to 100 cigar-loving, age 18+, internet-savvy residents of the USA. One lucky member is selected every other Wednesday using the last two digits of the number drawn in that day's 10:25pm (MST) Arizona Lottery PICK 3 drawing.
